This traditional international manifestation, organized by the Association “Sremska Svinjokolja i kobasicijada”, brings together masters of sausage making, gastronomes and visitors from the whole region. The program traditionally takes place in two locations – in the Slovak House and the nearby Slovak Park. The first day is reserved for the professional and educational part in the large hall of the Slovak House (Svetog Sava 76), where the International Conference of Central European Autochthonous Homemade Sausages is being held with eminent lecturers. The second, main day is the competitive sales day in the Slovak Park, and visitors experience a rich gastronomic program, a sales exhibition of cured meat products, wine and rakija, performances by music artists, as well as attractive competitions:
- Competition in fast meat processing
- Competition in making fresh Srem sausage
- Sausage eating competition
