The event “Slatki Dani” (Sweet Days) in Crvenka is one of the youngest, but also the fastest growing tourist and gastronomic event in Vojvodina. Given that Crvenka has been called the “sweetest village” (or place) in the former Yugoslavia for decades, this festival celebrates the tradition of sugar and confectionery production.
The main idea of the event is the promotion of local brands – primarily the “Crvenka” sugar factory and the “Jaffa” biscuit factory. The festival brings together candy makers, artisans, women’s associations and local artists, promoting the economic and tourist potential of the municipality of Kula. Special program present evening concerts of local music artists.
